Manual Handling Training

Manual handling training has become a legal requirement for all companies and businesses. Employees must be trained in manual handling techniques at least once every three years as per The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work, (General Applications) Regulations 2007.

  • The 8 principles of manual handling  

  • Manual handling risk assessment  

  • Manual handling practical sessions  

 

Qualification Achieved: 

Irish Health and Safety Solutions award the Manual Handling Certification on completion of this training.

Course Duration: 3 hours  

Refresher Training: 

Certificate valid for 3 years  

The course combines theory and elements of classroom-based practical work.
